Returns & Exchanges

We accept return or exchange requests within 7 days of receiving your order only if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless received damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Unstitched Fabrics
  • Stitched / Ready-to-Wear Clothing
  • Makeup & Beauty Products
  • Jewelry & Accessories
  • Footwear
  • Sale, Discounted, or Clearance Items

Size & Color Disclaimer

  • Customers are advised to check product details and size information carefully before placing an order.
  • Slight color variations may occur due to photography, lighting, and screen settings.
  • Returns or refunds will not be accepted for size selection issues or minor color differences.

Exchange Policy

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.

For Ready-to-Wear clothing, size exchanges may be considered depending on stock availability and approval by our support team.

Unstitched fabrics can only be exchanged if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment has been received.
  • A replacement item cannot be provided for a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The order is cancelled by Zenvyra due to unforeseen circumstances.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method or bank transfer.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange request:

  1. Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Share your order number along with clear photos of the product.
  3. Our team will review the request and provide further instructions if approved.

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping costs may be the customer's responsibility unless the error was on our side.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
